Synopsis
As Christmas nears, heiress Jessica Morgan seizes what seems like her last chance to experience a relaxed Christmas and heads off to the small town of Glenbrooke, where she meets a handsome fireman.

rich girl drives into town, hits a guy with her car, almost burns a house down, is sad because she’s rich, refuses to use her money to fix their bells, forces them into a fundraiser they pay for, and then makes out with the victim of her crime.

you're an heiress just write them a check to fix the bells and save everyone the time and energy here

That man clearly just stepped into the street without looking and gets all pissy at her for almost hitting him?
I wish she would have just ran his ass over, went back to her mansion, and started dating her driver, Jerry, who clearly loves her. I saw that look in his eyes when he handed her those holiday peppermints that he perfectly anticipated she would want.
Get you a man that knows you'll want holiday peppermints.

ah, the classic conundrum. billionaire with a loving family, a fulfilling job, and an extreme excess of cash: “should i donate a mere $10,000 to help fix the town’s beloved christmas bells OR should i make the poor people sacrifice their christmas to pay for it?”

Review by feelyfilms ★
honestly didn’t understand why the main guy had so much animosity towards rich people but this woman is a legit billionaire and couldn’t donate $10,000 to fix some bells and instead makes everyone put together an art exhibition of strictly christmas art (which i guess are big sellers since you can hang that all year round)? yeah i guess rich people are the worst

“…inside is little collection of art I like to call… “Kyle’s an idiot.””
2.5🎄 stars with one cheesy puffs galore 🧀
Christmas in July #16 with a cute Hallmark Cinderella movie (the guy being Cinderella… (he’s even a firefighter). This quote from the movie pretty much sums up everything for me. -

Isn't the greatest thing about watching super-rich people having a difficult life? The poor billionaire is terribly lonely, and she is very sad. She has a grandfather who looks like a zombie. He asks her: Should I get the yacht afloat in the Caymans for you? It's nice that there are still people who don´t give a shit about climate change and pollution. Hey, get the yacht ready for me! But no, our protagonist wants to go incognito to the town of Glenbrooke, where her deceased parents met, and not to the Caymans. Not with a private jet either, and not eben with one of her 10 cars. She takes her servants car. Isn´t that fantastic?
When she arrives in…

A Glenbrooke Christmas- I was expecting to like this more than I did especially because the leads have worked together twice before. It had some nice moments but he was a brat for a lot of it and the story didn't have much going on. It was kind of bland

wow this was so terrible but nothing extraordinarily appalling

Kinda generic but not a terrible Hallmark Christmas movie. Just some very cringey moments and I was kinda bored for most of it but the chemistry of Autumn Reeser and the main guy got me through.
Grade: Stream It

actually, you should just eat the rich because what was that nonsense, just write them a quick little check… for someone trying to be normal, and caring about these people she sure as fuck did not act like it…
