A $5.00 charge will be applied to all Gift Certificate orders and will be delivered by USPS.Please allow approx. 3-4 days for delivery by USPS from the day you place your order.

If ordered within 24-48 hours of expected delivery date, there will be an additional charge of $18.00 for priority delivery.
